Questions and answers

Ordering, shipping, and sizing, answered plainly

Orders are placed and fulfilled through TikTok Shop. Here is how that works, along with the details on materials and sizing.

How do I order?

Every piece is purchased through TikTok Shop. This site shows the collection and links each product there, so checkout happens on TikTok Shop, not here.

Do you ship within the US?

Shipping to US addresses is handled through TikTok Shop. Shipping options and timing are shown on each product's listing at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns follow the TikTok Shop return terms for each order. The Policies page sets out the details.

How do I choose a ring or chain size?

Stackable rings and Figaro chains are listed with their sizes on each TikTok Shop listing. Stretch bracelets fit most wrists, and the listing notes the length.
